Hey lahat mga kapatid at pamilya

This week has been great. My companion and I have found a ton of new people who ready as ever. This one investigator of ours is awesome. Bro Macagba. He is a retired 2nd lieutenant is the Air Force of The Philippines. He can speak good english and he way good in the Bible. Which made us kinda nervous at first but I told my companion follow the spirit and everything will be fine. He is was nice. He is about in his 70's. Yesterday we went to his house to teach him and we saw him reading the Book of Mormon. The cool part is he can hardly read because he had surgery on his left eye and he cant really see. So he was using a magnify glass to read and that is really hard for him. So we are working on getting him glasses. He also came to church last Sunday. He had a good time and said he will come back. This other family we are teaching The Cagas family. His brother is a new member and they want to get married and baptized but they couldn't because the brother doesnt have a birth certificate. We asked President Howard and he said they can be married. Even thou there Birth Certificate is fake just have to make sure the information is right on it. So we gave them a marriage and a baptismal date for Jan 29. They were really happy when we shared the great news with them. That was there New Years Resolution because they could do it last year. There other brother wants to be married and baptized to but he is going to wait till his wife gets back from the province. Also we were walking and this guy came to use and asked where the church was. He was taught while he was staying in Australia and so he wanted to continue investigating the church. This week we had a ton of lessons with members. We also had a Temple Tour which is kinda new here. We take our investigators and Recent converts to the temple and share with them the things we do there and how to obtain a Temple Recommend. I taught Gospel Principles class yesterday and it wasn't to bad just no one was really there. Something we are starting to do because there are tons of unbaptized members. Sounds kinda weird huh... Well if the were blessed as a child in the church a record was made for them so usually they are part member families. But we find out the families that have children who have not been baptized or have non member family and we visit them. As a Mission in December we reached our highest amount of baptisms ever....229 souls entered the waters of baptism. Our goal is to reach 300 souls. Goals are dreams with deadlines. Well I hope all is well with everyone. Mahal ko kayo lahat. Ingats kayo.
